Each year we are vigourously inspected by Visit Wales to ensure that we continue to meet the standards set by them and to ensure we have adopted any new changes that may have come into effect during the past 12 months.

Not only do we have to ensure that the property is of the highest of standards but we have procedures in place to ensure guests booking, arrival and departure are all handled smoothly. We have a guest questionnaire that gives us some really great feedback of how our visitors have enjoyed their break and and if there is anything else they would like to see. This helps us continually improve the property and the way we do things all to make your holiday better.
